This contract is indefinite, and the parties to the contract undertake to fulfill the rights and obligations of the site and the parties mentioned in this contract in full, accurate, timely, and complete terms and conditions under this contract, whether online or in person, and to fulfill their terms and conditions.


1. Responsibilities


1.1. The Company reserves the right to change prices and the products and services offered.


1.2. The Company acknowledges and undertakes that the services of the member shall be benefited from the services subject to the contract, except for technical failures.


1.3. The user agrees not to reverse engineer the site or take any other action to find or obtain the source code. Otherwise, they will be liable for damages arising from third parties, and legal and criminal proceedings may be initiated against them.


1.4. The User agrees that they will be solely responsible for any damages caused by missing or incorrect information provided during their membership on the Site. In the case of false information or a breach of this contract by the Member, the company may unilaterally terminate their membership without any notice or warning.


1.5. The Company may collect information such as the name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used to access the site, the date and time of access, the pages viewed during the visit, and the direct website address in accordance with the legislation. The user agrees to the collection of this information.


1.6. Users are prohibited from producing content that violates general ethics and laws, is unlawful, infringes on the rights of others, is misleading, offensive, obscene, pornographic, infringes on personal rights, violates copyrights, or promotes illegal activities in any part of the site or in any communication. 4. No Warranty


THIS AGREEMENT WILL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, AND THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.


5. Registration and Security


The user must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement shall be deemed violated, and the account may be closed without informing the User. The user is responsible for the security of their password and account on the site and third-party sites. The Company shall not be held liable for any loss of data, security breaches, or damage to equipment and devices.


6. Force Majeure


Parties shall not be liable for any obligations if the obligations become unenforceable due to events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, explosions, civil wars, wars, uprisings, mobilization announcements, strikes, lockouts, epidemics, infrastructure and internet failures, and power failures. The rights and obligations of the Parties arising from this Agreement shall be suspended in such cases.


7. Severability and Enforceability of the Agreement


If any provision of this contract becomes partially or wholly invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid.


8. Amendments to the Contract


The Company may change the services provided and the terms of this Agreement in whole or in part at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site. It is the User's responsibility to monitor these changes. By continuing to use the services provided, the User is deemed to have accepted these changes.


9. Notice


All notices to be sent to the parties to this Agreement shall be made through the Company's known email address and the email address provided by the user in the membership form. The user agrees that, if the address provided is the valid notification address, they will inform the other party in writing within 5 days; otherwise, notifications to this address shall be considered valid.


10. Evidence Agreement


In any disputes that may arise between the parties regarding transactions related to this Agreement, records, documents, computer records, and fax records shall be deemed evidence in accordance with the Law on Civil Procedure No. 6100. The user agrees not to object to such records.


11. Dispute Resolution


Bursa Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of this Agreement.
