Our Warranty and Return Conditions

Most of your orders from qapgan.com are sent to our customers via online delivery. However, in our products sent by cargo, there are a few issues to be considered when the cargo company delivers your order.


Your orders are delivered to the contracted cargo within an average of 2 working days. By sending an e-mail to you regarding the order given to the cargo, the cargo reference number of your order is specified. Delivery is not made on Sundays due to the lack of work of cargo companies.


How should I receive the cargo package?

Since the cargo company competes with time, it wants to deliver the product and go immediately, but there is a sensitive issue. The cargo form should not be signed before receiving your cargo package. Before signing the shipping report, please check whether the box of your product is damaged due to transportation. If the box is damaged for any reason, please return your box to the cargo authority without signing any document regarding the delivery. Your new products will be sent by us immediately. Qapgan.com is not responsible for the damage or deficiency of the products in the case of delivery of the products with damaged boxes.


 Is there any deformation in the delivered package?

If there is any deformation in the package brought by the cargo company or any suspicion that the product inside may be damaged, open the package with the cargo officer and check the physical condition of your orders without signing the cargo form. If you do not see any problems you may sign the transmit form. If you think the products in the box are damaged in any way, please do not take delivery of the products and request a cargo damage report from the cargo officer. (Please do not receive the recorded products. The products must be returned to qapgan.com.)

The recorded products will be exchanged and re-shipped to you.


Broken, crushed, broken or damaged delivery.

The duty of the cargo company is to deliver the shopping you make from qapgan.com to the right person by offering safe transportation. If there is any damage to the product, you can go to the cargo office and have a report. After the product reaches us with the minutes you have kept, your exchange will be made immediately.


RETURN

In order to process your return;

The product to be returned must be sent with its original package / box. (Example: Products with a cargo label affixed on the original box and taped with cargo parcel tape are not acceptable.) The product must be returned as received.

The "Product Return Form" on the back of the invoice sent must be filled in completely.

The product to be returned must be unused.

Returns of products that have lost their resalability feature and cannot be purchased by another customer are not accepted.


If the invoice of the product is issued on behalf of the corporate company, you must send it together with the "Return Invoice" issued by the institution for the return process, which is "Product Unit Price + VAT". Order returns whose invoices are issued on behalf of the institutions cannot be completed unless the "Return Invoice" is issued.


NOTE: Before performing your return, the necessary inspection of your order is carried out by the qapgan.com Returns Specialist. In cases where it is deemed necessary to examine the product you want to return, it is sent to the authorized service of the brand or to the supplier company for control. We request you to contact only qapgan.com regarding product returns. All refund requests must be notified to qapgan.com Customer Services and sent by courier to be sent to qapgan.com.

 

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE USED TO WITHDRAW

By its nature; The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for disposable products, reproducible software and programs, products that deteriorate rapidly or are likely to expire, products that are prepared in line with the BUYER's requests or explicitly his personal needs and which are not suitable for return.


The use of the right of withdrawal in the following products is subject to the condition that the package of the product is not opened, spoiled and the product has not been used and tested.
